It was situated close to Playa Norte, where we spent an enjoyable day on Friday. we found a restaurant called Portales Regis in the nearby Zocalo area, offering good quality food at reasonable prices. the hotel room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.
It was unfortunate that the hotel did not provide internet access as advertised.

The hotel offered some basic amenities and had a decent location close to the beach. the room was clean and the staff was friendly.
The hotel advertised itself as a five, star hotel, but it was more like a two or three, star. the internet did not work, and when it was time to leave, the hotel did not assist in getting a taxi despite the rainy weather.

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of options.
The internet did not work during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. we had trouble finding transportation when it was raining, and the hotel was not able to assist us in getting a taxi.
